Who should join coaching?
Coaching was designed and developed for pharmacists who are wanting to successfully get hired for the role they want most as fast and stress free as possible.
As a client, our goal is to give you an unfair competitive advantage - because in this market, you need it to be successful. We are in the worst job market for pharmacists as there are far more qualified candidates than job openings. The only way that you'll be succesful and stand out is ensure that you have optimized every single step in your job search journey and NOT simply using the failed "Apply and Hope" job search strategy that everyone else is.
I think I just need a better resume, right?
Your resume is important, but it is just one small piece of the puzzle that goes into having an effective overall job search strategy. See our 6 Step Process that breaks it down.
If I join, when will I get a hired?
There are many variables including your specific job market, role you are interested in, experience, etc. However, if you follow the steps that are shared with you in our program, our clients can start seeing job offers in a couple of weeks with average time of just over 7 weeks.
Do you accept everyone into the coaching program?
No, we currently accept about 40% of all applicants who apply.
Will your program work for me?
Yes! If your application was accepted. We've had the privilege of working with clients in virtually every practice setting and at all experience levels (new grad to 50+ years of experience). We haven't had a client yet that's been accepted into our program and has followed and implemented our strategies that's not been hired.

Coaching isn't for everyone. It's only for those who are motivated, open to feedback, and ready to implement our proven strategies and guidance.
Is my market too competitive or saturated for this to work?
The market is extremely competitive and saturated virtually everywhere right now. So far, our process and strategies has been effective in all markets across all 50 states.
What is the Pharmacy Career Coach program based off of?
The coaching and curriculum is based upon 30+ years of combined pharmacy hiring and recruitment experience, exhaustive research, ongoing surveys, and our panel of of leading pharmacy leaders and hiring managers on our Advisory Board.

Why shouldn't I just try this on my own?
The job market is incredibly competitive and its only getting worse. If you haven't yet started looking, just ask around and you'll find that most pharmacists are struggling to just get a response to their job applications. In this market, you need to make sure you are using a proven strategy (Not "Apply and Hope") and that your resume, cover letter, interviewing skills are exceptional. If you don't, then you will just be wasting your time.
Can't I just find this information on the internet?
This is far more than 'information or strategies'. You receive personalized mentorship, professional services (e.g. resume, cover letter, LinkedIn, etc.), access to our network, proven pharmacy-specific strategies and resources, and much more.
There is no shortage of job search advice out there, but our suggestion is that you should be extremely selective to whom you seek advice from. Do they have first hand experience in pharmacy? How effective are their strategies for pharmacists with your exact background seeking your career goal? What's their success rate? Do they have a guarantee?

I think I may want to try a little longer on my own before trying coaching?
You may feel like you want to search a little longer on your own before joining our program. This happens all the time.
What we found in a recent survey, was that 94% of those we checked back in on were in the same exact place as when we initially spoke with them 3, 6, 12 months later. As a result, not only did they lose $30K, $60K, $120K in earnings, but even worst, they missed out on countless jobs during that time that they really wanted because they bombed the interview, or weren't able to even get an interview in the first place.

Unfortunately not. Our team is made up of Professional Pharmacist Career Coaches, Resume Writers, and Support Staff that are compensated at a premium for the quality of their work and the results they achieve. They are not volunteers.
