Jorge credits his PCC coach with helping him to better measure—and then more clearly showcase—the full extent of his career and its successes.
The coach, Jorge says, “gave me the hope that it was actually going to be a lot easier to find a job in the clinical area” than he originally thought.
That kind of confidence goes a long way.
In the end, Jorge says he "definitely would recommend Pharmacy Career Coach to any pharmacist” who is “unemployed and looking for a job,” or even that pharmacist who is currently employed but seeking a change.
He elaborated, too, that the financial investment of working with PCC is “absolutely worth” the expense and, ultimately, it’s “money well spent, because the coaches are extremely knowledgeable and they help you realize the potential that you have.”
How’s this for a happy ending? Jorge received multiple offer and accepted a full-time, Clinical Pharmacist role with a Mon-Fri 9-5 shift with NO WEEKENDS and is absolutely loving his new role!
